Jerk BBQ Chicken Mac a la Philmore

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  4. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux.

  6. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine the cooked macaroni and jerk chicken with the cheese sauce, mixing well.
