Easy Vegan Grilled Jerk BBQ Tofu

Instructions:

  1. Marinate tofu steaks in Philmore Harrison Jerk BBQ Sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill tofu steaks until golden and slightly crispy on both sides.
  1. In a pan, sauté peppers and onions in olive oil until tender.
  2. Assemble the dish: Place grilled tofu steaks on plates, top with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, sautéed peppers and onions, and black olives.and place another tofu steak on top assembling a sandwich
  1. Drizzle extra Philmore Harrison Jerk BBQ Sauce for added flavour.
  2. Serve and savour your Grill Jerk BBQ Tofu Sandwich!

  • 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and sliced into steak-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp Philmore Harrison Jerk BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
