Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off peppers, remove seeds, and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté onions and garlic. Add ground meat, cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff each pepper with the meat and rice mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish. Pour tomato sauce and broth over them.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Remove foil, bake for an additional 15 minutes until tops are browned.
