Instructions:
- Combine Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce, olive oil, thyme, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate lamb cubes in the mixture for at least 2 hours, refrigerated.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated lamb, on to skewers.
- Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb is cooked to your liking.
- Serve with additional Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce for dipping.
