Philmore’s Jerk Lamb Kebab

Instructions:

  1. Combine Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce, olive oil, thyme, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate lamb cubes in the mixture for at least 2 hours, refrigerated.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated lamb, on to skewers.
  5. Grill kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lamb is cooked to your liking.
  6. Serve with additional Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce for dipping.
