“Philmore’s Bourbon Brisket Delight”

"Savour the Spirit: Philmore Harrison's Bourbon Glazed Brisket Feast with Crispy Chips and Tangy Pickled Onions"

Instructions:

BBQ Beef Brisket:

  1. Rub brisket with a mix of salt, pepper,brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic minced, smoked paprika and and salt and pepper.
  2. Smoke or slow-cook the brisket until internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
  1. Combine Philmore Harrison Bourbon Sauce generously on the brisket during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Chips:

  1. Slice potatoes into thin rounds.
  2. Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Season with salt and your favorite spices.

Pickled Onion:

  1. Slice red onions thinly.
  2. Combine equal parts water and white vinegar, add sugar, salt, and a pinch of chili flakes.
  3. Pour the mixture over the onions. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.

3-4 lbs beef brisket

  • 1 cup Philmore Harrison Bourbon BBQ Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips and Pickled onion for serving
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
