Instructions:
BBQ Beef Brisket:
- Rub brisket with a mix of salt, pepper,brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic minced, smoked paprika and and salt and pepper.
- Smoke or slow-cook the brisket until internal temperature reaches 195°F (90°C).
- Combine Philmore Harrison Bourbon Sauce generously on the brisket during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Chips:
- Slice potatoes into thin rounds.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Season with salt and your favorite spices.
Pickled Onion:
- Slice red onions thinly.
- Combine equal parts water and white vinegar, add sugar, salt, and a pinch of chili flakes.
- Pour the mixture over the onions. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
