Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten chicken breasts with a meat mallet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay 2 slices of ham on each breast, add Brie slices, and spread cranberry sauce. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear chicken rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
