INSTRUCTIONS
- Get good quality pita bread or if you’re ambitious & lucky free time holder bake your own from chosen recipe
- Grate mimolette cheese
- Mix natural yoghurt with chopped mint, it’s gonna be the sauce
- Dice tomato and onion and mix together, if you’re short of time just slice them, don’t care too much
- Rub chicken breast with neutral oil and sear it on very hot frying pan
- Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius
- Roast your pan seared chicken breast for 20 minutes or until 75 Celsius inside checked with thermometer
- Wrap your chicken in tin foil and cool it down to room temperature
- Pull your chicken into long and thin strings – Mix chicken with Philmore’s Jerk BBQ sauce until mixture is moist and sticky – Fry long slices of streaky bacon – Prepare finger
- thick slices of iceberg
- Slightly warm up cut in half pita bread in the oven
- Warm um your pulled chicken on medium heat
- We put the whole thing together! Spread tablespoon of mint yogurt on the bottom side of pita bread, put on it slice of iceberg, decent portion of pulled chicken, mimolette cheese, onion & tomato and your crispy bacon. Cover the whole thing with top of pita bread treated with Philmore’s Bourbon BBQ Sauce and enjoy!
