Ollie Hough Jerk Chicken Curry

Ollie's Jerk Chicken Curry is a culinary masterpiece that marries the vibrant flavors of Caribbean jerk with the comforting allure of a rich curry. INSTRUCTIONS

  • Marinate Chicken thighs overnight in Greek yogurt and Jerk Marinade.
  •  Fried off red onions, garlic, and coriander stalks.
  • Thickened with cashew cream and simmered with plum tomatoes.
  • Then add kidney beans and roasted tender stem broccoli and stirred through.

100 grams Greek yoghurt
100 grams Jerk Marinade
50 grams Red Onions
50 grams Garlic
25 grams Coriander
75 grams Plum tomatoes
1 tin Red kidney beans
50 grams Cashew cream
200 grams Broccoli
1 Lemon
5 grams Sea Salt
