Oriental Style Spaghetti with Pork Mince

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Step 1

 In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, ginger soya, oxtail seasoning, oyster sauce, liquid seasoning and sesame oil (*) and mix well.

  • Step 2

Heat up the veg oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and ginger. Add the minced pork, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as you cook.

  • Step 3

When the mince is nearly done, throw in the spring onions and remaining vegetables and cook to your taste. Add the sesame seeds and season with the sauce (*). Turn off the heat.

  • Step 4

Boil the spaghetti in lightly salted water. When cooked, drain the cooking water very briefly and add the spaghetti to the spicy mince. Stir well and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

 

500- grams whole wheat spaghetti
500- grams pork mince
1- onion -dice
10-gram garlic -chopped
10-gram ginger -chopped
2- spring onion -chopped
2- tbsp sesame oil
1- pork cube stock
50- grams ginger soya sauce
250 -grams white mushroom -dice
1- green pepper – dice
1- zucchini – dice
1- carrot -dice
10- grams oxtail seasoning
50- grams oyster sauce
50- grams liquid seasoning
10-gram salt
