
INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, ginger soya, oxtail seasoning, oyster sauce, liquid seasoning and sesame oil (*) and mix well.
- Step 2
Heat up the veg oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and ginger. Add the minced pork, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as you cook.
- Step 3
When the mince is nearly done, throw in the spring onions and remaining vegetables and cook to your taste. Add the sesame seeds and season with the sauce (*). Turn off the heat.
- Step 4
Boil the spaghetti in lightly salted water. When cooked, drain the cooking water very briefly and add the spaghetti to the spicy mince. Stir well and serve immediately.
