Wan Chai Fried Rice with Jerk Chicken

Wan Chai fried rice meets spicy jamaican jerk chicken, a fusion of bold flavors and culture that ignite the palate.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook Jerk chicken on grill golden colour on both side until cook tender and juicy

Fry the egg in an egg pan with 20ml cooking oil. Egg yolk should remain runny, white is cook and set (not snotty eggs)

For the rice add sesame oil to hot frying pan or wok and fry spring onions, add jasmine rice, xo sauce and soya sauce and stir through to combine all ingredients.

Place Rice mix in deep bowl and top with fried eggs, Place Jerk chicken around fried eggs sprinkle chilli peppers and green onion on top of fried egg as per picture.

2 each Jerk Chicken Thigh
50 grams XO Sauce
Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade
2 each Spring Onion
Jasmine Rice
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Free Range Eggs
10 grams Extend life oil Rapeseed
10 grams Sesame oil
20 grams soya sauce
20 grams Chilli Peppers
