Jerk Shrimp Skewers are tender and spicy, made with fresh shrimp marinated in flavourful Jamaican jerk seasoning, then grilled until they’re crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl whisk together jerk marinade, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator until the skewers are done soaking.
Place red and green peppers, cherry tomatoes, lemon wedge and 4-5 shrimp on each skewer until all the shrimp are skewered.
Grill for 10 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp is no longer opaque.
