Our Jerk BBQ Sauce gives these Flat portobello Mushrooms that Jamaican Jerk Flavour you are Craving.

Directions

Marinate mushrooms with Jerk BBQ sauce overnight

Remove mushrooms stems by twisting at the base. Wipe with a damp paper towel

Preheat Air Fryer for 10-15 minutes

Add marinated mushrooms in Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes, or until mushroom is tender

Pineapple Salsa Ingredients

  1. Pineapple salsa is easy to make with basic fresh ingredients. Here’s what you’ll need from the store:
  2. Pineapple: Fresh ripe pineapple, not canned or frozen (they’re way too watery).
  3. Red bell pepper: Bell pepper adds some extra crunch and complementary sweetness.
  4. Red onion: Onion’s pungent, savory flavors balance out the sweetness of the pineapple and bell pepper. I love the contrast of the purple color with the yellow pineapple and red bell pepper.
  5. Jalapeño: Jalapeño also helps counter the sweeter flavors, and offers some spice that makes this salsa irresistible!
  6. Cilantro: No salsa recipe is complete without fresh cilantro. If you dislike cilantro, I still think you’ll appreciate the end result since the cilantro is fairly minimal.
  7. Limes: Sour lime juice brings it all together. If you’ve ever made salsa that tasted lackluster, it probably needed another burst of acidity.

These Jerk BBQ mushroom caps make a great addition to a hearty sandwich, stir fry, or burrito and they’re simple to prepare.
