AIR FRYER METHOD

How to marinate the chicken with Philmore Harrisons Jerk BBQ sauce

  1. Place chicken wings in a large ziploc bag. Reserve ½ cup of the marinade and pour the rest over the chicken, seal the bag, and shake to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375˚F. Grease the air fryer basket with non stick spray and prepare a rimmed baking sheet with foil to catch drippings (less mess!).
  3. Arrange marinated chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Place basket and prepared tray in air fryer. Bake chicken wings for 25 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
  5. Turn the air fryer up to 425˚F. Brush chicken with the reserved marinade. Cook another 6-8 minutes until browned and crispy. Remove from heat.
  6. Plate wings and garnish with green onion and lime slices. Serve with plenty of napkins!
