“Philmore’s Jerk Lamb Swirls: Savoury Sensation

Method:

  • Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces
  • Mix the onion and garlic in a bowl with the mince and add 3-4 teaspoons of Philmore’s Jerk Marinade. 3 will be a more subtle taste.
  • Once it’s all mixed together in the bowl roll out the pastry on a flat surface or chopping board
  • Add the lamb from the bowl on top of the ready rolled pastry and spread evenly until the pastry is covered
  • Roll the pastry from one end to the other
  • Once it’s one big roll cut along making inch thick swirls
  • Place on a baking tray and pop in the oven for approximately 30minutes. Keep checking and make sure the lamb and pastry is cooked through
  • Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 500g lamb mince
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 red onion chopped into small pieces
  • 3-4 teaspoons of Philmore’s Jerk Marinade
  • Ready rolled puff pastry
