
Method:
- Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces
- Mix the onion and garlic in a bowl with the mince and add 3-4 teaspoons of Philmore’s Jerk Marinade. 3 will be a more subtle taste.
- Once it’s all mixed together in the bowl roll out the pastry on a flat surface or chopping board
- Add the lamb from the bowl on top of the ready rolled pastry and spread evenly until the pastry is covered
- Roll the pastry from one end to the other
- Once it’s one big roll cut along making inch thick swirls
- Place on a baking tray and pop in the oven for approximately 30minutes. Keep checking and make sure the lamb and pastry is cooked through
- Serve and enjoy!
