Instructions:
- Sauté diced Lamb and Beef until browned in a pot.
- Add chopped Onion, diced Carrots, Potatoes, and Sauté until vegetables soften.
- Pour in Beef and Lamb Stock. Add Thyme, Salt, and Pepper.
- Simmer until meat is tender. Add drained Red Kidney Beans and Jamaican dumpling.
- Continue simmering until flavours meld.
- Garnish with sliced Green Onions before serving.
