Jerked Turkey Veggie Medley

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded jerk turkey, mashed potatoes, chopped Brussels sprouts, shredded cabbage, diced carrot, and jerk marinade.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into desire shape, ensuring they hold their shape.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the patties in the skillet and cook  on both sides.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra jerk sauce if desired.

  • 2 cups leftover jerk turkey, shredded
  • 3 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked Brussels sprouts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
