Philmore’s Pulled Pork Slider

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, cumin, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to create a rub.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork shoulder.
  4. Place the seasoned pork in a roasting pan and roast for about 4-5 hours, until the meat is tender and easy to shred.
  5. Remove the pork from the oven and shred it using two forks.

  7. Toast the slider buns in the oven for a few minutes.
