Philmore’s Smoked Bourbon BBQ Ribs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to create the dry rub.
  3. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and generously coat both sides with the dry rub.
  4. Place the ribs in the smoker and smoke for 4 hours.

  2. Continue smoking for an additional 2 hours or until the ribs reach the desired tenderness.
  3. Remove from the smoker, let them rest for a few minutes, and serve with extra sauce on the side.
