Philmore’s Fiery Jerk Prawn

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade, olive oil, thyme, allspice, garlic powder, onion powder, sliced Scotch bonnet pepper, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add prawns to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook prawns for 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque.
