Hong Kong Jerk Duck with Asian Style Broccoli

Enjoy a fusion of flavors with Hong Duck marinated in Philmore's Jerk Marinade 🦆🍲, served with Chinese-style Broccoli! 🥦👨‍🍳

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Lightly apply Philmore’s Jerk marinade over the duck breast skin and let sit for 20 minutes, place skin down onto a medium flame and colour making sure not to burn the fat.Seasoning the broccoli with Flava IT Chinese style seasoning.
  • Turn breasts over and cook until internal temperature 53-55c, around 7 -12 minutes, rest
  • Whilst resting grill the broccoli, spray with a little water as they are grilling. Once cooked place into a bowl and add a few teaspoons of Chinese style seasoning.

Place the broccoli onto the plate , slice the duck and serve.

1 cup Philmore’s Jerk Marinade

1 bunch Broccoli

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Flava It Chinese Style seasoning
