Jerk BBQ Mushroom Pizza

hilmore Harrison's JERK BBQ Sauce and Pineapple Salsa ๐Ÿ add an exotic twist to flatbread pizza! ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ”ฅ

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • In a bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, red bell pepper, and red onion. Toss them with 1 tablespoon of Jerk BBQ Sauce.
  • Spread the remaining tablespoon of Jerk Sauce evenly over the flatbread.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella over the flatbread.
  • Add the marinated mushroom, pepper, and onion mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • While the pizza is baking, prepare the Pineapple Salsa. In a separate bowl, combine diced pineapple, finely chopped red onion, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Top the pizza with a generous portion of the Pineapple Salsa.

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Philmoreโ€™s ย Jerk BBQ Sauce

For the Pineapple Salsa:

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
