Chef Jeff’s Sexy Pasta Salad with Jerk Chicken

  1. Marinate the Chicken
    • In a bowl, toss diced chicken with Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade.
    • Let it sit for at least 20 minutes (longer if possible).
  2. Cook the Pasta
    • Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente.
    • Drain, toss with a little olive oil, and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken
    • Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil.
    • Sear marinated chicken until golden and fully cooked.
    • Remove and keep warm.
