Ocho Rios Grilled Style Jerk Lobster

Ocho Rios Jerk Lobster: A sublime fusion of Caribbean spices elevates the succulence of lobster. 🌶️🦞 Exquisite flavours that dance on the palate.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce, olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Clean and butterfly lobster tails. Brush the marinade mixture over the lobster meat.
  4. Grill lobster tails for 4-6 minutes per side, basting with the marinade.
  1. Lobster is done when the meat is opaque and firm.
  1. Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with grilled lemon on the side.

  • 2 lobster tails

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
