Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce, olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Clean and butterfly lobster tails. Brush the marinade mixture over the lobster meat.
- Grill lobster tails for 4-6 minutes per side, basting with the marinade.
- Lobster is done when the meat is opaque and firm.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve with grilled lemon on the side.
