Philmore’s Jackfruit Jubilee

Pulled Jackfruit with Philmore’s Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Sauté onions and garlic until golden. Add jackfruit, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook until jackfruit softens. Use a fork to pull it apart, mimicking pulled pork texture.
  3. Pour Philmore’s Bourbon BBQ Sauce over jackfruit. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
