Philmore’s Jerk BBQ Spare Ribs

My Jerk BBQ Spare Ribs are a culinary triumph, blending the bold flavours of my signature sauce with succulent ribs. Instructions:

  1. Rub meat tenderizer, garlic powder, and olive oil on both sides of ribs.
  2. Mix Philmore Harrison Jerk BBQ Sauce, chopped green onions, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Coat ribs with the sauce mixture, ensuring an even distribution.
  1. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. In a large skillet with a lid, heat vegetable oil on medium-high. Pan fry spare ribs until golden brown on all sides (about 4-6 minutes).
  1. Add a splash of water (1/4 cup), cover skillet with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove lid and continue to pan-fry until excess moisture is gone.
  1. Garnish with sliced green onion/scallion and serve.

  • 2 racks of spare ribs
  • 1 cup Philmore Harrison Jerk BBQ Sauce
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
