Air Fryer Jerk Turkey Breast

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Marinade:
    1. In a bowl, mix Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce, olive oil, honey, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the Turkey:
    • Place the turkey breast in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish.
    • Pour the marinade over the turkey, ensuring it’s well-coated.
    • Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Air Fry the Turkey:
    • Remove the turkey from the marinade, letting excess drip off.
    • Place the turkey in the air fryer basket, making sure there’s space around each piece.
    • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Rest and Serve:
    • Allow the turkey to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
    • Serve with your favorite sides and an extra drizzle of Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade Sauce.
