Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them and remove the silk.
- Brush each ear of corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Pull the husks back over the corn and tie with kitchen twine.
- Grill the corn for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and lightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and carefully peel back the husks.
- Generously brush each ear with the jerk BBQ sauce.
- Place the corn back on the grill for an additional 5 minutes, turning and basting with more sauce.
- Once the corn has a nice glaze and is heated through, remove from the grill.
10.Serve with extra jerk BBQ sauce on the side. Enjoy your flavourful grilled corn.
