Grill Fresh Corn on Cob with Jerk BBQ Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them and remove the silk.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pull the husks back over the corn and tie with kitchen twine.
  5. Grill the corn for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until the kernels are tender and lightly charred.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and carefully peel back the husks.
  7. Generously brush each ear with the jerk BBQ sauce.
  8. Place the corn back on the grill for an additional 5 minutes, turning and basting with more sauce.
  9. Once the corn has a nice glaze and is heated through, remove from the grill.

10.Serve with extra jerk BBQ sauce on the side. Enjoy your flavourful grilled corn.
