Quick & Easy Jerk Chicken

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Generously rub Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade over the spatchcocked chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  1. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until it develops a nice char.
  1. Flip the chicken and continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  1. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  1. Slice and serve with Scotch bonnet pepper.
