Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Generously rub Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade over the spatchcocked chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the chicken on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until it develops a nice char.
- Flip the chicken and continue grilling until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with Scotch bonnet pepper.
