- Marinate duck in Philmore’s Jerk BBQ Sauce for at least 1 hour. Grill until cooked, basting with more sauce.
- Rest duck, then slice thinly.
- Toast flatbreads on the grill.
- Assemble: Place duck slices on flatbreads. Top with pomegranate seeds, orange segments, scallions, thyme, sesame seeds, and cucumber.
- Drizzle with more Philmore’s Jerk BBQ Sauce.
