JERK BBQ DUCK FLAT BREAD

"Jerk BBQ Duck Delight: A Fusion of Spices on Crispy Flatbread with Pomegranate, Orange, and Sesame Symphony."

Instructions:

  1. Marinate duck in Philmore’s Jerk BBQ Sauce for at least 1 hour. Grill until cooked, basting with more sauce.
  2. Rest duck, then slice thinly.
  3. Toast flatbreads on the grill.
  4. Assemble: Place duck slices on flatbreads. Top with pomegranate seeds, orange segments, scallions, thyme, sesame seeds, and cucumber.
  5. Drizzle with more Philmore’s Jerk BBQ Sauce.

  • 1 lb duck breast, skin-on

  • Flatbreads

  • Orange segments
  • Sliced scallions
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • White and black sesame seeds
  • Sliced cucumber
