Authentic Jerk Duck

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Score the duck legs with a knife to allow the marinade to penetrate. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the duck legs generously with Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade. Ensure an even coating and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for more flavor.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear the duck legs over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Brush the duck legs with orange juice for extra zing.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until the duck is cooked through, and the skin is crispy.
  7. Baste with marinade during roasting for added flavor.
  8. Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

  • 1 orange, juiced
