
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Score the duck legs with a knife to allow the marinade to penetrate. Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the duck legs generously with Philmore Harrison Jerk Marinade. Ensure an even coating and let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for more flavor.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear the duck legs over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Brush the duck legs with orange juice for extra zing.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 30-40 minutes or until the duck is cooked through, and the skin is crispy.
- Baste with marinade during roasting for added flavor.
- Once done, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
