Tapas Gucamole with Tomato Salsa

INSTRUCTIONS

Guacamole:

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
  3. Add lime juice, red onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lime juice if needed.

Tomato Salsa:

  1. Combine diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Gently toss ingredients until well combined.

Serving:

  1. Arrange small tapas dishes.
  2. Spoon guacamole into one side of each dish and tomato salsa into the other.
  3. Optionally, garnish with extra cilantro leaves.

Presentation:
