INSTRUCTIONS
Guacamole:
- Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into a bowl.
- Mash avocados with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add lime juice, red onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust lime juice if needed.
Tomato Salsa:
- Combine diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro in a bowl.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently toss ingredients until well combined.
Serving:
- Arrange small tapas dishes.
- Spoon guacamole into one side of each dish and tomato salsa into the other.
- Optionally, garnish with extra cilantro leaves.
Presentation:
