Tapas Air Fryer Jerk BBQ Potatoes

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, olive oil, Philmore Harrison Jerk BBQ Sauce, jerk seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer.
  4. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. Adjust the time if needed, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, transfer the potatoes to a serving dish.
