Tahitian Poisson Cru with Bourbon BBQ Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the fish into a bowl, and pour the lime juice over.
  2. Add all the other ingredients, and mix well.

  • 2 salmon fillets – cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1 lemon – juice
  • handful chopped tomatoes
  • handful green pepper (diced)
  • handful onion ((diced)
  • handful chilli peppers (diced)
  • handful green onion slice
  • handful carrot ((finely grated))
  • 20 grams black and white sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Phillimore’s Bourbon BBQ Sauce
