Steps
In a small glass or plastic bowl mix the jerk seasoning ingredients and rub evenly on both sides of the pork. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but no longer than 1 hour to blend flavours.
Meanwhile in small bowl mix the salsa ingredients, cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Heat gas or charcoal grill. Place pork on the grill over medium heat. Cover the grill and cook for about 15 minutes turning once, until no longer pink when cut near the bone and a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 160°F
Serve the pork with the salsa.
